
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and coarsely chopped
½ cup fat-free Italian dressing
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped sweet onion
½ green pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni or ziti
Place chunked chicken in a zipper storage bag with dressing lock type. Let stand for at least four hours.
Since the chicken is cooked, it is not necessary to drain the dressing.

This is a delicious appetizer or side for dinner.
Cocktail chicken sandwiches
1 piece of rye bread or pumpernickel bread
1 whole chicken is white, drained
½ cup celery, finely chopped
¼ cup sweet onion or green onions, finely chopped
1 cup white grape seed neighborhoods.
1 cup fat-free salad dressing thousand island
4 radishes, sliced. More if necessary.
