Berry Tart | Berry Tart Recipe

Ingredients :

1 / 2 cup non-hydrogenated margarine

1 / 3 cup granulated sugar

Peel 1 teaspoon vanilla

3 / 4 cup finely chopped pecans

1 1 / 2 cups flour


Method :
Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat sugar and margarine until creamy and mix well. Add vanilla and mix again. After the pecans and continue stirring until dough is smooth and creamy. Flour at a time 1 / 2 cup to add. Please note that the shell tend to become very brittle.
