Barbecued Back Ribs
Ingredients:
2 children back ribs, twice
300 ml tomato ketchup
3 cm length ginger, grated
200 ml soy sauce
2 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped
2 teaspoons anise
5 tablespoons liquid honey
Grated 4 cloves garlic,
5 tablespoons dry sherry (or sake)
Method :
Whisk together barbecue sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight then pour the marinade over the ribs care. Place ribs in a pan, add marinade, then add enough water to cover ribs. Reduce and simmer covered for 1 hour, bring to a boil, then cook.
Time is a hot barbecue ribs and transferred. At the same time, reduce the sauce to the wok and brush ribs with barbecue sauce every 2 minutes until reduced. Nice caramel ribs and barbecue sauce and continue to cook until completely covered.
