Quinoa Recipes Food | Quinoa Recipes Food Network



Ingredients :

½ cup quinoa, cooked
1 small banana
Peanut oil 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
Little place of soy milk (can use soy milk flavored, if you want)





Method :

It is very easy, and it will not only be taken after 5 minutes of your time. Simply mash a banana into a bowl and breakfast, and then mixing the peanut butter. Add flax seeds, quinoa, cooked and mixed together. Add soy milk and voila you have a healthy meal for breakfast!
