Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus Stir-Fry
Ingredients :
1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and devein
1 med. onion, sliced rings and separated
2 stalks celery, cut into ½-inch pieces
12 asparagus spears, cut into ½-inch pieces
2 c. broccoli, cut into small pieces
2 c. cauliflower, cut into small pieces
4 cloves chopped garlic,
½ c. soy sauce
2 PKTS. Splenda or other sugar substitute
1 / 8 t. crushed red pepper, or taste
Method :
Fog Light, medium, large skillet over high heat with olive oil pan spray and heat. Onions, celery, asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower add. Cook and stir until the vegetables are almost tender. Shrimp, soy sauce, crushed red pepper, and magnificent shrimp ekleyin.Veya, and cook and stir for 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
