Sushi Delight
Ingredients :
¾ kg of salmon (cooked or steamed)
2 cups cooked white rice (brown and use);
½ grated carrot
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 raw egg
Method :
Rice, carrots and oil (you can add grated vegetables like zucchini or broccoli a couple of minced meat) and stir. Add raw eggs and mix until a uniform mixture. Shape mixture into small pieces of land size. Cut into slices, and every available piece of salmon on rice and serve the sushi.
