Ingredients :
16 grams of pasta shells
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon white pepper
4 ounces smoked Gouda cheese
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese with extras
¾ cup bread crumbs
Method :
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
3. In a separate skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add flour and cook for three minutes. Add the milk and stirring frequently, cook 3 minutes more. Cheese, salt, garlic powder and black pepper to add. Continue stirring until cheese melts.
4. Add pasta and 10 inches in the pan. Top with breadcrumbs
5. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
