
Ingredients:
1 (3 pound) boneless pork shoulder
1 bottle of barbecue sauce (18 oz)
Orange juice 1
1 teaspoon grated orange peel (optional)
½ cup mayonnaise
12 rolls sandwich.

Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Lamb slow cooker, cover with barbecue sauce and orange juice. If you are using to add orange zest. January cover.
4 to 6 hours or high-low and simmer for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove pork slow cooker. Finely chop the meat, or shred with a fork. Meat, put it back in slow cooker and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Split rolls and toasts. Roll spread mayonnaise on both sides.
Fill rolls evenly with meat mixture.
