Ingredients :
1 pound lean ground beef
4 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
1 small tomato (sliced)
1 small onion (chopped)
½ yellow pepper (sliced)
½ red pepper (chopped)
½ cup frozen peas
½ cup carrots (chopped)
1 cup potatoes (diced)
2 tablespoons annatto seeds (atsuwete)
1 tablespoon fish sauce (Rufina brand) Patis
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Corn oil
½ Extra teaspoon MSG (vetsin), optional
½ teaspoon black pepper (ground)

# Put a small saucepan 2 tablespoons corn oil, and add annatto seeds. Heat until the oil becomes dark red almak.Tohum heat to avoid burning.
# Mince meat and cook in a pan then drain.
# Tomatoes, onion, black pepper, fish sauce and MSG, then add garlic, fry for 3 minutes. Cook over medium heat about 2 minutes.
# Green peas, carrots, potatoes, add the soy sauce. Mix ingredients and simmering for about a minute or two to cover the mixture.
# Annatto seeds in a sieve, add pre-defined color corn oil and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes again.
# Pepper, and mix ingredients. If you want to change the taste, add salt and pepper. Cover and cook another 2 minutes.
# To serve as a stuffing for plain white rice.
