Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
28 large (2 1/2-inch-diameter) white mushrooms, due to
1 / 2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1 / 2 cup dried Italian-style bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
1 / 3 cup olive oil
taste with salt and pepper
Method :
1.Onceden oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Pecorino cheese in a medium bowl, mix, bread crumbs, garlic, mint, parsley, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
3. Taste and add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a heavy jacket with a large baking sheet.

7. Bake for about 25 minutes (filling is heated through and golden and mushrooms until soft, top).
