Easy Tomato Chicken Marsala Recipe
Ingredients :
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
4 chicken (skinless, boneless) - breast half into bite-sized slice
The Italian-style seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Dried sage - 1 / 2 teaspoon
A couple of (dry) Tomatoes - 2 (14 ounce) cans
The dry mixture of brown sauce - 2 tablespoons
Marsala wine - 1 / 4 cup
Directions :
A large deep skillet, medium and high flame heat the pan a little vegetable oil. Add chicken pieces and parts until it is brown, stir-fry for about 5 minutes each. This season, the Italian-style seasoning, sage and garlic powder and chicken pieces to come out almost well done and clear fruit juices, and cook for about 10 minutes.
Mix the tomatoes with liquid and cooked chicken, then place mixture of wine and beef broth and mix all ingredients and mix well together. Reduce heat and let simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
