Lobster Salad
Ingredients :
1 cup cooked meat of a lobster
3 cups cooked rice
1 / 4 cup chopped celery
1 / 4 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives
1 / 4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 / 4 cup chopped pimento
1 / 4 cup chopped onion
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 tsp ground black pepper
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 lemon cut into wedges
Net salad
Directions :
Cover and heat sink, lobster, rice, celery, olives, pepper, allspice, and a large bowl, combine the onion. Just before serving, salt, pepper and mayonnaise and mix well, toss with the lobster mixture. Spoon on salad leaves and garnish with tomato slices. Serve with lemon wedges.
