EASY BREADED CHICKEN CACCIATORE Ingredients :
4 skinless boneless chicken twice
1 / 3 cup sour cream
1 / 2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs *
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (14 1/2-oz) diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
1 (6 ounces) tomato paste
2 / 3 cup water
Warm whole wheat pasta
Method :
Pound chicken 1/4-inch thick. Dip chicken in sour cream, then roll the crumbs until coated. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on both sides and cook about 4 minutes.Greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish or roasting pan and place the cover chicken pieces.
