Salad :
Cooked and chopped 1 / 2 pounds chicken breast
4 ounces won ton skins, cut into strips and deep fried
1 head lettuce, shredded
4 strand of green onions, very finely, longitudinally cut
Saute in butter 2 tablespoons almond pieces

2 tablespoons white sesame seeds, toasted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 tsp ground black pepper
1 / 4 cup fat-free salad
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Combine ingredients and shake well. Pour over salad and mix gently. Serve immediately.
