Chinese Chicken Salad
Salad :
Cooked and chopped 1 / 2 pounds chicken breast
4 ounces won ton skins, cut into strips and deep fried
1 head lettuce, shredded
4 strand of green onions, very finely, longitudinally cut

Dressing :
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds, toasted

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

Combine ingredients and shake well. Pour over salad and mix gently. Serve immediately.
