Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 can sliced pineapple rings
1 / 2 cup coconut flakes
1 / 4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
2 tablespoons melted butter and coat with a large cake pan. Brown sugar 1 / 4 cup butter and sprinkle it. On coconut 1 / 2 cup brown sugar sprinkle. If you want on top of coconut, pineapple rings (no overlap), edit, and then put a cherry in the center of each ring and ring.
