Banana Smoothie Desert
Ingredients :
3 large bananas
1 cup cold milk soy
1 cup low-fat yogurt (plain or vanilla)
4 tablespoons vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt
1/2-1 cup ice cubes
Directions :
Blender, banana, milk, plain yogurt and ice cream mix. Add a few ice cubes in the first place, until it reaches the consistency like best and then keep adding a few ice cubes. Pour a glass of chilled a little nutmeg or cinnamon and sprinkle on top!
A small grocery store, such as milk, yogurt, eggnog flavor, if you want to know, eggnog, eggnog instead of a regular or vanilla flavoring can be substituted.
